English Programs

You may apply for your student via online or through our fillable pdf student application.

Once you start the application process, the form will guide you in selecting the desired location, program of interest,  additional services your student might require.

1. Pay Program Deposit

A non-refundable application fee of $200 is required at this stage. If your student will be applying for an F1 visa through OHLA, no mailing fee applies.

You may pay this fee via credit card or bank wire.

If paying via bank wire, please contact OHLA’s marketing team. The team will provide you with the banking information of the OHLA location selected by your student.

2. Confirmation of Enrollment

Once we receive your student’s application and deposit, we will send you an email along with a letter of acceptance and required documents to complete the admission process. If applying for an F1 visa additional documents, such as passport, bank letter and others may be required.

Online Programs

For our online virtual program, you may apply for your student via online.

1. Pay the Program Fee

The form will guide you in selecting the desired program and will take you to a page where you can submit payment for the selected program.

2. Confirmation of Enrollment

Once we receive the online application form and payment, we will send you an email confirming the program for yoru student and schedule.


University Admission

Once you submit the university application form, one of our counselors will contact you and guide you through the admission process.

Make sure to write in the application, the name of your agency and email address. Remember to ask your assigned counselor for information on the ESL Scholarship Program for University Bound Students.
